Do you struggle to stick to your goals in winter?

If you have answered yes, then this is the post for you!

In Hawke’s Bay we don’t have terrible weather but we do feel the cold that’s for sure. When your body gets cold and you get home after a long day it is hard to get out of the house to do anything.

This is how you can have the best of both worlds.

Let's look at your week from a different perspective.

There are 7 days in the week. Say you exercise 2 nights a week after work, that leaves you with 5 nights at home. You dedicate 2 nights to improving your health for the better and you get the other 5 nights at home to cuddle up in bed with a good book or movie.

Another way to look at it is what is your priority?

Is it to stay home through winter or to continue to work on your health. It is a choice that you make everyday just like anything else.

Coming from someone that used to work out 6-7 days a week for years - while working 50 hours a week, studying, parenting etc - I understand how it can be hard sometimes. But it does turn into a habit and becomes a lot easier to commit to.

It's all in the way you look at things.

If you are struggling to commit to your health and fitness send me a message and I would be happy to help!
