Why is it so important to drink your water...?


Did you know that your body is 60% water? Interesting right..!


who knew that over half your body is water so no wonder why we are told to drink so much.

The most common benefits from drinking water is:


  1. Aids in digestion (when you feel bloated drink some more water)

  2. Stabilises your heart beat

  3. Normalises blood pressure

  4. Helps transport nutrients and oxygen to your cells

  5. Lubricates joints

  6. Protects organs and tissues

  7. Regulates body temperate

  8. Aids in maintaining electrolytes

And that’s not even everything it does! Staying well hydrated is an incredibly important job that you should also try your best to do.
